Environmental Sentinel™
A networked platform of sensing hardware, dashboards, and predictive intelligence — built to scale from a single facility to a full portfolio.
Sensor nodes built for continuous, unattended monitoring.
Each Environmental Sentinel™ node collects ambient and surface-condition data on a five-minute interval, transmitting continuously to a cloud-connected dashboard. Sensor placement is informed by the building layout, HVAC systems, known problem areas, environmental gradients, and facility operations — not dropped in uniformly.
Nodes are designed to operate unattended in mechanical rooms, wall cavities, storage areas, and other spaces that are rarely inspected in person.

COMMERCIAL DEPLOYMENT · VISUALIZATION
From raw readings to a defensible record.
Dashboards & Reporting
Read-only facility views built for non-technical decision-makers, alongside exportable reports.
Alerts & Thresholds
Notifications trigger when conditions move toward risk, not on a fixed inspection schedule.
Risk Indices
Composite scores translate raw readings into one facility-specific risk signal.
Predictive Modeling
Facility-specific baselines flag conditions drifting toward risk before a threshold is crossed.
Environmental Mapping
Readings are mapped spatially, showing where risk concentrates.
Portfolio Scalability
The same architecture extends to a multi-site, multi-building portfolio.
CLEANBOT™ · CONCEPT RENDER
Planned robotic integration.
CleanBot™ is being developed as the physical follow-through to the sensing and intelligence layers — targeted at difficult-to-access surfaces that are hard to inspect and treat manually. It is not yet part of standard deployments; sensing and intelligence remain the platform's commercial entry point today.
See the full system architectureHow a pilot is scoped.
Pilots are structured around the same deployment process used for full engagements, scaled to a defined footprint and timeline so a facility can evaluate the platform's value before expanding coverage.
